Senior Technical Writer - Intune

We are a team of product designers, UX researchers, content designers, and technical writers. Our team creates customer-facing technical documentation for Microsoft Intune, a cloud-based endpoint management solution that admins can use to manage end-user access to organizational resources, as well as apps and devices within an organization. We’re looking for a technical writer that:

• Comfortably communicates with internal and external partners 

• Adapts to change and demonstrates flexibility 

• Works with deadlines and timelines

Responsibilities

• Create world-class content for web, in-product, and AI-mediated experiences. Words matter, and you’ll use the right phrasing and guidance to inform and empower our customers. 

• Partner with engineering, marketing, support, and other internal teams on end-to-end customer scenarios, helping ensure a consistent and coherent experience across products.
