Location: Remote with limited travel to Carmel, Indiana.

What You Will Be Doing: 

• Help us define and build our platform of the future based on API First and Cloud First best practices.

• Be a collaborative member of an autonomous cross-functional team to define, build, test, and deliver innovative enterprise-grade solutions. 

• Senior technical resource engaged with product management and the business.

• Contribute to the architecture and design of our products.

• Identifying problems and opportunities and championing the development of innovative solutions.

• Developing high quality code using clean code practices, and automated testing.

• Drive technology innovation, standards, and best practices.

• Be a team player and set a good personal example of positive attitude and performance.

• Participate in all related Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) program increment and sprint related events.

• Mentor other team members in best practices, providing guidance for implementation strategies.

What You Need to Be Successful: 

• Critical Thinking and First Principle Thinking abilities.

• Working experience in Cloud First (Azure, AWS, GCP).

• Proven ability to deliver high quality enterprise solutions.

• Experience with large, complex, and highly scalable systems.

• Experience in TypeScript, Node.js, Angular, Serverless and Cloud Computing, OO language fluency, database fluency. 

• Experience in agile software development processes.

• Familiar with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery tools like Azure DevOps and Git.

Preferred Skills:

• Working knowledge of architectural patterns and Clean Code principles

• Amazon AWS architecture (API Gateway, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, EventBridge, Lambda, Relational Database Service)

• TypeScript, Node.js, Angular, Serverless and Cloud Computing, OO language fluency (java, C#)

• Test Automation and Behavior Driven Development

• Azure DevOps for work management and CI/CD

• GitHub for source control management

• Great communicator and principled in building Rugged Software

Education:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in functional area

• Bachelor's degree preferred
