Summary:
The Mechanical Technician role is responsible for leading the daily monitoring and optimization of the processes and equipment to improve the efficiency, output, and performance. You will develop process, maintenance, and equipment improvement strategies to yield continuous improvement results in conjunction with the Maintenance Foreman, Engineers, and Management. You will be responsible for the technical support, preventative maintenance, and coordination of equipment changeovers to minimize production disruptions of the manufacturing equipment.

- Must have strong leadership and problem-solving skills to help aid in finding root cause.
- Must have strong troubleshooting and project leadership skills.
- Will be required to maintain the appropriate production, quality, PM and SPC for assigned position, and to interact with the machines information systems.
- Must be well organized, detail oriented, and time oriented.
- Will be expected to be proficient at operating, understanding the machine functions and supporting the daily requirements in a fast-paced production environment.
