What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing programs. Partner with operational business units to support marketing strategy for the creation, submission, and CMS approval of required marketing materials, as well as communications and educational materials that do not require Federal or State approval.

  • Maintain relationships with operational units responsible for providing guidance for the development of quality marketing materials.

  • Assign and monitor the day-to-day workloads for the Sr. and Compliance Specialists, on the Marketing Material Review team in order to facilitate meeting department service levels, and provide training, coaching, and corrective actions as needed for the Marketing Material Review team.

  • Assist with maintaining the e Compliance Marketing Material Review repository, corresponding processes, documenting all reviews and inquiry responses within the SharePoint website, and saving copies of all relevant documents and communications

  • Identify issues, trends, and opportunities to improve efficiency and/or quality, or to better assist departments; develop recommendations and implement the same relative to identified issues, trends, and opportunities.

  • Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly Marketing reports, including data analysis, trending, and other ad-hoc reports as requested.

  • Review assigned marketing materials to confirm compliance with all applicable regulations and provide professional feedback to material owners

  • Partner with internal business partners on the Marketing Material Review Process; trends, reporting, and improvement initiatives.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Centers for Medicare & Medicaid (CMS) regulations

  • Partner with eHealth Carriers on the overall Marketing Material Review Process and initiatives to guide and support approval of such materials.

  • Develop tools to implement appropriate Medicare Compliance education, training, and guidance for employees across the team and organization.

  • Assist with pre-delegation, Carrier, and regulatory audits, as necessary.

  • Attend and actively participate in department meetings, trainings, and coaching sessions.

  • Other applicable duties as assigned.

Supports and Carries out supervisory/management responsibilities in accordance with eHealth policies, procedures, applicable regulations, and laws.

  • Supporting leadership in organizational goals and endeavors.

  • Providing effective leadership to attract and retain top talent to drive business results.

  • Developing a high-performing department culture and staff. This includes setting the standard for staff/peers and motivating employees to maximize organizational goals and objectives.

  • Effectively assimilating, training, and mentoring staff and (when appropriate), cross-training existing staff and initiating retraining. This includes coaching to help increase skills, and knowledge and (if applicable) improve performance.

  • Appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving issues. This includes providing regular and effective feedback to employees and completing timely and objective performance reviews.

What You Will Bring:

  • BA/BS required.

  • 6-8 years experience within the healthcare industry with a focus on government programs, including Medicare Advantage, and 3 years in management.

  • Market expert on Government Programs, including CMS Medicare rules and regulations

  • Extensive experience with the creation, submission, and approval of CMS marketing materials, and strict attention to detail.

  • Solutions-oriented collaborator with demonstrated
