Join our dynamic team at Home and Mobile Home Improvement Center in Florence, SC, as a Retail Home Improvement Inside Sales Associate! In this exciting role, you will engage with customers to provide exceptional service and expert advice on home improvement products.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting the right home improvement products for their needs.
Provide knowledgeable product information and recommendations to enhance customer experience.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring displays are stocked and appealing.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers.
Participate in training sessions to develop sales techniques and product expertise.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or sales experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Basic math skills for accurate sales transactions and inventory management.
Proficient in using computers and point-of-sale systems.
Enthusiasm for home improvement and a desire to learn about new products.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Positive attitude and a customer-first mentality are essential for success.
Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Reliable transportation to and from work.
Must agree to drug, alcohol, and background checks.
