Job Title: Procurement & Supply Chain Data Analyst

Qualifications

Job Summary:

 

This role focuses on leveraging supply chain and procurement data to provide end-to-end analytics and visibility across the procurement process, from purchase requisitions through purchase order delivery. The analyst will track purchase order creation, vendor performance, contract execution, lead times and overall supply chain efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP APO or similar supply chain management systems, strong analytical skills, and the ability to connect supply planning and procurement data to drive informed decision-making.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze procurement and supply chain data to provide insights that improve process efficiency and support business decisions.
  • Track and monitor vendor performance, lead time adherence, contract execution, and order fulfillment.
  • Ensure procurement and supply chain data is accurate, consistent, and ready for analysis and reporting.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support procurement and supply chain teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply planning, procurement, and operations, to optimize processes and performance.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis to support vendor discussions, process improvements, and supply chain initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain analytics, or vendor management.
  • Experience with SAP APO or similar SCM planning systems.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, or R.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong process-oriented mindset with the ability to understand end-to-end procurement and supply chain workflows and how different functions interact.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and supply chain analytics.
  • Familiarity with supply planning and SCM data systems.
  • Experience with cost modeling and pricing benchmarks.
  • Automation of recurring reporting process
