THE JOB:
As a Lifeguard, your primary responsibility is to ensure the safety of our guests while also creating a welcoming atmosphere for them to enjoy our spectacular pool amenities. While on shift, you will play an integral role in ensuring our guests' safety while also providing excellent customer service throughout their time at the pool. This is a great opportunity for those looking to get their foot in the door in hospitality or learn more about other operations such as food and beverage.
THE STARTING RATE:Ā $15.00 hourly
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Greet and engage with guests, smiling, and hearing their stories as you interact with our guests
Provide safety by watching over water and deck areas and responding to emergencies
Working to provide linens to guests as they arrive at the pool
Responsible for daily pool set-up and breakdown
Assist in maintaining pool safety by validating guests and checking bags
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be able to swim to obtain the Lifeguard certification
Must be at least 16 years of age
Available to work varied on-call shifts including weekends and holidays
Effectively work in all weather conditions. i.e., heat, rain, wind, dust storm
