Through innovation, customer-centricity, and operational excellence, the organization continuously invests in transforming and growing their Business Units.<br><br>To support the successful execution of its strategic ambitions, our client is currently looking for a <strong>Strategic Change Analyst</strong> to join its Brussels-based office.</p><p></p><br>Jobomschrijving<br><p></p><ul><li>Support the definition, structuring and monitoring of the Business Unit<strong> strategic roadmap</strong></li><li>Translate strategic priorities into compelling communication materials, executive presentations and impactful storytelling</li><li>Prepare <strong>presentations, reports and strategic updates</strong> for <strong>senior management and executive</strong> committees</li><li>Conduct <strong>business and strategic analyses</strong> to support decision-making and identify growth opportunities</li><li>Perform ad hoc studies related to profitability, operational efficiency, organizational effectiveness and innovation</li><li>Develop recommendations and action plans based on data-driven insights</li><li>Contribute to the <strong>optimization and simplification</strong> of <strong>internal processes</strong> across the business unit</li><li>Coordinate and monitor strategic initiatives, transformation projects and change management activities</li><li>Support the <strong>annual budgeting process</strong> and oversee the monitoring of business unit operating expenses</li><li>Prepare financial analyses, budget forecasts and management reporting</li><li>Collaborate closely with Finance teams on cost allocation, financial planning and performance monitoring</li><li>Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and Finance to ensure alignment on financial objectives and priorities</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives within budgeting, reporting and governance processes</li></ul><p></p>
<ul><li>Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Insurance or a related field</li><li>Minimum <strong>5 years of professional experience</strong> in strategy, consulting, business analysis, project management, transformation or change management</li><li>Strong understanding of the <strong>Life Insurance sector</strong>, including products, regulations and market dynamics</li><li>Experience supporting strategic planning, business transformation and roadmap execution</li><li>Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations</li><li>Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis and management reporting</li><li>Proven ability to create impactful presentations and deliver effective <strong>executive-level storytelling</strong></li><li>Experience in process improvement and cross-functional project coordination</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple business functions</li><li>Highly organized, autonomous and capable of challenging assumptions in a constructive manner</li><li>Ability to synthesize complex information and present clear conclusions to management</li><li>Fluency in <strong>French/Dutch and English</strong>, both written and spoken.</li></ul>
