About the role

Tufts Medical Center Community Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Cardiology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our expanding Cardiology team at our location in Melrose, MA.

 

This role is an integral part of the cardiology care team, providing high-quality, patient-centered care to patients with a broad spectrum of acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions. 

The NP/PA will collaborate closely with cardiologists, nursing staff, and other members of the multidisciplinary team to manage inpatient consults, perform procedures, and conduct follow-up evaluations.

How you’ll transform patient care: 

  • Develop longitudinal relationships with your patients

  • Minimize your administrative burden through use of RNs and LPNs, fully trained MAs, coders, front desk staff, and dedicated billing specialists

Who you are: 

  • Graduate of an accredited and/or approved Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program 

  • Current license as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.   

  • Current certification in CPR required
