We are seeking an outgoing individual to facilitate relationships between customers and company team members. This business-to-business position offers an opportunity to problem solve and care for a set of customers in a specific territory. You will be working with a team of talented individuals to support all customer needs in a given geographical territory.
Requirements
Communication
- Responsible for all ETA updates in a specified territory upon customer request.
- Answering phones/email communication on all general product portfolio questions in a specified territory.
- Work with corresponding Inside sales and Aftermarket sales specialists to ensure all needs are being met in your territory.
- Response time at 24 hours for entire customer base.
Customer Satisfaction
- Ensures customers experience excellent care during communication.
- Develop relationships with customer base to advocate for them.
- Send quotes for returning customers who have already had their product qualified.
- Confirms all dialysis orders in territory for correctness of specified product, makes three reasonable attempts to confirm before passing off to order writer.
- Able to communicate to customer base on ever changing lead times of products.
- Problem solving for customers while keeping company overarching goals in mind.
Customer Complaint Handling
- Document complaints informed by customer or sales representative by serial number.
- Upload any documentation such as video, pictures, or emails into issue.
- Follow complaints through to resolution.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
- 2 years customer service background preferred.
- Strong computer skills and ability to type 40+ words per minute; ability to enter data quickly & accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills; ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize work.
- Basic Math skills; good grammar and spelling.
- Strong attention to detail required.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and listening skills.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn product knowledge.
