Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and outgoing individual who can build strong relationships and generate new business opportunities through networking and partnerships.

This role is focused on creating referral relationships, developing community connections, and helping grow the company through consistent outreach and relationship-building efforts.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners and local businesses
• Network with property managers, HOAs, contractors, landscapers, builders, and commercial contacts
• Attend networking events and community functions
• Generate qualified leads through partnerships and outreach
• Follow up with potential clients and referral sources
• Represent the company professionally in the field
• Help expand brand presence within the local market

Qualifications

• Strong people and communication skills
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Comfortable meeting new people and building relationships
• Organized with good follow-up habits
• Sales, customer service, or networking experience preferred
• Experience in irrigation, landscaping, or construction is a plus
