About the Role:
As a Senior CX/UX Research Consultant, you will take on more complex user research projects, playing a crucial role in driving product improvements. You will work with greater autonomy, leveraging your growing expertise to influence the design process and ensure our products meet the needs and expectations of our users.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in leading user research initiatives and support managing research projects.
• Design and conduct user studies and usability testing with guidance.
• Analyze research data to identify key insights and trends.
• Contribute to developing research plans and strategies.
• Present research findings and insights to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to peers and assist in mentoring junior researchers.
• Integrate user feedback into product development processes.
• Collaborate with product managers to prioritize research findings.
• Support heuristic evaluations and cognitive walk-throughs.
• Maintain and refine user research methodologies and best practices.
