IAM/PIAM Engineer

<p>Shape the future of secure access at Luminus</p><p>As an IAM/PIAM Engineer, you play a key role in strengthening and maturing Luminus’ Identity &amp; Access Management landscape. You work hands-on with the IAM Manager to translate business needs into robust IAM and Privileged Access Management solutions, ensuring secure, compliant and efficient access for both standard and privileged users. By combining operational excellence with a continuous improvement mindset, you help elevate our IAM and PIAM capabilities to the next level.</p><p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p><ul><li>You analyze business and IT access needs and translate them into clear IAM and PIAM requirements, roles and workflows.</li><li>You configure, optimize and document IAM and PIAM processes within our IGA, ITSM and future PIAM tooling.</li><li>You onboard applications into the IAM/IGA framework, including both standard and privileged account integrations.</li><li>You contribute actively to PIAM maturity initiatives, including the implementation of dedicated PIAM solutions.</li><li>You support Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes and access reviews, ensuring secure and compliant lifecycle management.</li><li><p>You provide second-line support, perform root cause analysis and help improve IAM/PIAM operations continuously.</p><p>&nbsp;</p></li></ul> <p><strong>What you bring</strong></p><ul><li>You have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field, and at least 3 years of IAM/IGA experience.</li><li>You bring hands-on experience with IGA platforms such as SailPoint, One Identity, Okta or Microsoft Entra ID Governance.</li><li>You understand privileged access concepts, account types and risks, and are familiar with PIAM solutions or tooling.</li><li>You have solid knowledge of identity lifecycle management, RBAC and least-privilege principles.</li><li>You are security-minded, analytical and process-oriented, with strong attention to detail.</li><li>You communicate clearly and collaborate easily with business, IT, security teams and external suppliers.</li></ul>
