Job Description
AECOM has a position available for a Program Manager - Fueling / Design Build in Tampa, FL or other locations in the United States where AECOM has an office location. In this role the candidate will join AECOM’s B+P Business supporting fueling design projects within the United States and internationally.
The responsibilities of this role include, but may not be limited to, the following:
- Management of Pursuits: Program Manager will track opportunities in Salesforce Program, will assist in Go/No-go meeting regarding pursuits, will request business development numbers associated with pursuits, will provide information on potential projects to AECOM risk committee, and will develop fee proposals for fuel related projects.
- Future Opportunities: Program Manager will assist with evaluation of future programs and other opportunities that are growth opportunities for the fueling group. An example may be the recurrent maintenance and minor repair program current operated by USACE Huntsville.
- External Marketing: Program Manager will addend industry specific trade shows and DoD conferences related to the fueling industry and will attend client facing marketing and project meetings.
- Planning Project Support and Fuel System Studies: Program Manager will assist on commercial and DoD planning work, studies related to fuel systems, and scoping visits for potential projects.
- Quality Control: Program Manager will assist in quality reviews of fuel system designs developed by AECOM and will take the lead on constructability reviews of AECOM fuel system designs.
- Fuel System Assessments: Program Manager will assist with fuel system assessments projects related to existing fuel systems.
- Supervise junior level engineers
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- BA/BA plus 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Relevant experience must include commercial and Department of Defense (DoD) STI-SP001 tank inspections, API-653 tank inspections, API-570 piping inspections, API-510 pressure vessel inspections, cathodic protection surveys, underground piping pressure testing, pipeline pigging surveys,
- Demonstrated experience with Design Build programs
- Demonstrated previous experience developing proposals for design build opportunities
Preferred Qualifications:
- 15 years of relevant experience is preferred
- Previous DOD experience specifically AFCEC and USACE
