About the role
This is a remote position.
This job is open to any English/Spanish Bilinguall speakerSchedule:
- Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM with 30 mins unpaid break (10 AM to 6:30 PM Colombia Time)
- Central Time zone hours
Responsibilities
- Answering incoming patient calls
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Rescheduling appointments as needed
- Sending appointment reminders
- Following up with patients about missed appointments
- Responding to emails and chats on the website
- Excellent phone skills
- Familiarity with chiropractic care
- Strong attention to detail
