Data Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Collect commercial and client survey data from various sources such as GAN, Quickwin, Cognos files, Salesforce, etc.
• Transform and structure this data using Amadea and datasets in Power BI.
• Analyze data and make it available to:
  • Colleagues within the organization
  • Management (e.g., market shares, NPS (Net Promoter Score) trends in Power BI)
  • Sales teams (e.g., tracking commercial actions and KPIs of sales teams via reports in Power BI)
  • Brokers (providing files via the portal in Salesforce)
  • Third parties (automatic FTP and availability on SharePoint)
• In some cases, provide data through simulation tools in Excel (e.g., custom mix, periodic savings).
• Participate in projects to develop NPS measurements throughout the customer journey.

Required Knowledge:

• Amadea: Advanced proficiency
• Excel (VBA): Advanced proficiency
• Power BI: Intermediate proficiency
• Salesforce: Beginner proficiency

Languages:

Dutch or French

Level: Native or bilingual proficiency

English

Level: Professional working proficiency
