Job Summary

The Global IS organization is leading the firm’s digital transformation in order to unleash the next stage of Crowell & Moring’s growth. Specifically, the transformation will result in a more integrated organization, easier collaboration, and more scalable innovation that leads to more value to our clients and internal staff.

This position develops a communication program and roadmap driving the adoption of digital workplace technologies to increase workforce collaboration and productivity. The Senior Global IS, Change Management & IT Program Manager manages workplace enablement processes and works in a cross-functional team focused on ensuring that employees have the motivation, permission, and knowledge to fully exploit IS-supplied technology. 

Job Responsibilities

•    Engages with global stakeholders to formulate the vision and strategy to increase adoption of workplace technologies both new and existing. Aligns strategies and plans with the wider Global IS transformation team to ensure risks, dependencies, and opportunities are identified.
•    Designs and leads the delivery of the change management strategy for the workplace technology change programs through application of a structured change methodology.
•    Conducts impact assessments for proposed improvements to Workplace Technology. 
•    Identifies, develops, monitors, publishes, and manages goals and KPIs to display measurements to show digital workplace enablement impact and adoption.
•    Creates and delivers the ‘case for change,’ assessing change readiness and actions required to embed the change. 
•    Teams with the Learning & Development (L&D) team to support the creation, management, and awareness of the centralized repository of technology enablement resources (videos, how-to, quick-start guides, etc.).
•    Develops and manages the stakeholder engagement strategy for liaising with the engineering teams, innovation team, business service teams, and technical project managers where required.
•    Identifies education and training requirements for new technologies working with the training teams to support global IS transformation and create cohesive L&D plans.
•    Coordinates multi-channel communications campaigns to drive technology adoption. Partners with functional communications and marketing teams to strategize and digitally enable the inter-company communication channels and integrations.
•    Partners with the L&D team to assist with the facilitation and awareness events (Ask the Expert, Immersion Experiences, webinars, lunch and learns, etc.).
•    Partners with internal stakeholder teams to identify potential improvements or impacts to internal and external experiences, engagement initiatives, and proactively manage potential disruptions.
•    Develops a digital workplace advisory board. Plans and governs digital workplace initiatives and ensures alignment across the business.
•    Partners with the Innovation team to assist with the awareness of and experimentation with disruptive and innovative digital workplace technologies such as AI, automation, workflow, and data analytics.
•    Participates in employee and contractors new hire onboarding and transitions to highlight available resources and raise awareness of digital workplace technologies.
 

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

•    Strong understanding and demonstrated experience working in enterprise environments with multiple instances of M365 in operation, including O365 Migration and Onboarding
•    Experience of international firms and their diverse working cultures
•    Proficient experience of Change Management principles application
•    Demonstrated project management skills, including product-based Agile
•    Proven track record of adoption programs
•    Continuous learning and facilitator of change
•    Ability to foster key stakeholder relationships on a global scale including IS Managers, 3rd parties, technical teams, business stake holders, executive leadership, and end users
•    Demonstrated ability to build firm wide support relationships and foster global user adoption improvement
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
