Associate Marketing Manager (Digital Media & Automotive Marketing)
HearstAbout the role
Why Hearst Autos
As the leading automotive media organization in the world, Hearst Autos connects car buyers, owners, and enthusiasts to the information they need, the experiences they crave and the stories they love – while connecting automotive marketers to this audience of unrivaled breadth and diversity. As a division of Hearst Magazines, we offer the best of both worlds: a nimble, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment coupled with the career development opportunities and perks of an established company.
Your Impact
The Associate Marketing Manager must be interested in automotive advertising and marketing and what makes clients say: “Yes! I will invest in that idea!” The Associate Marketing Manager is a digital native and will learn to create cross-platform programs that include print, native, video, social, and experiential. The ideal candidate has a strong drive to understand a client’s business needs and navigate the inner workings of ad agencies and digital sales strategy. This is not a consumer-marketing role. This is an advertising-driven, creative services/marketing role for an automotive publishing company.
What You'll Do
Develop innovative, revenue-generating, advertising-driven ideas that keep automotive clients (U.S. and Canadian) happy, engaged, and coming back for more. You will work with several internal and cross-functional teams to successfully propose new programs across Hearst publishers and in-market publisher partner sites. And utilize insights and analytics to craft a compelling marketing story and ultimately ensure every idea meets our clients’ goals.
