About the role
General Overview:Candidate will provide engineering support for electronic and electro-mechanical equipment and processes, including the development, initiation, and modification of processes for the production of new components. Will plan and coordinate the integration of new machinery and equipment into manufacturing processes, may include fabrication and testing of new machine components and tooling for the production of new products. Develop preventive maintenance programs for production, machinery, tooling, and equipment. Testing of processes and machinery to identify and resolve production problems. Develop and implement ergonomic improvements.

Main Responsibilities
- Coordinating the molding efforts on new program launches
- Setting up and revising manufacturing processes
- Creating, adjusting and improving 3-axis/6-axis robot programs
- Assisting the manufacturing operations in problem solving and continuous process improvements
- Establishing process conditions through scientific molding for new products
- Troubleshooting molding processes and material or equipment issues
- Supporting the Injection Molding team to ensure they develop and produce quality products in an efficient and safe manner, utilizing proven scientific methods and processes
- Managing complex projects to design, prototype, build, and commercialize Injection Molding processes
- Leading development of specifications and acceptance protocols, to purchase production injection molds and presses
- Managing vendors in the design, development and implementation of injection molds and presses
- Assist to resolve and performing preventive analyses on day-to-day issues and suggest improvements related to business user related queries
- Coordinate with various teams, analyze root cause, and assist in efficient resolution of all production issues/processes
- Monitor, highlight, and escalate the issues for production systems
- Analyze the business processes and ensure compliance to all controlled processes according to business requirements
- Coordinate with different internal and external stakeholders along with third party vendors and ensure effective and seamless communication
- Should be flexible and enthusiastic to learn new systems
