Summary

We are looking for a “Software Developer for Avionics Mission Systems (f/m/d)” for the “Mission Management Equipment Engineering” department at the Immenstaad site as soon as possible.

The “Mission Management Equipment Engineering” department is responsible for the design and development of digital map devices and mission computers for various military platforms. This also includes the provision of the data required for the respective mission. The devices are used in a variety of military aircraft (Eurofighter, Tornado, Tiger, NH90).

Your Tasks

• Analysis and definition of software requirements

• Design, implementation, testing and documentation of complex software modules

• Integration and verification of software components in the overall system

• Support with system acceptance and qualification

• Planning of tasks including estimation of development costs in your own area of responsibility

Your Profile

•  Completed scientific studies in the field of computer science, electrical engineering or similar

• Several years of practical experience in software development including software testing (C#, Python, etc.)

• Experience in the creation and management of requirements

• Experience in the definition of test and integration scenarios as well as in test management

• Experience in the use of DOORS, Enterprise Architect, Rhapsody, Git or comparable tools

• Experience in the use of test frameworks such as NUnit and Squish is an advantage

• Knowledge of aviation standards such as RTCA DO-178 / 278 advantageous

• Very good analytical skills and quick comprehension

• Strong ability to work in a team and high social competence

• Business fluent German and good English skills
