Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) in all work areas
  • Uphold the highest quality standards across all responsibilities
  • Demonstrate and promote the company vision
  • Exhibit strong client service skills, teamwork, and collaboration
  • Proactively plan and multitask to maximize productivity
  • Meet all quality and productivity metrics, emphasizing teamwork and collaboration
  • Ensure regular attendance and punctuality
  • Provide exceptional service to clients by performing duties accurately and within the expected timeframe
  • Document work accurately, clearly, and in compliance with client requirements
  • Understand and comply with confidentiality policies established by the company and clients
  • Adhere to all company and client rules, regulations, guidelines, and procedures
  • Detect problems that could impact work and promptly bring them to the attention of clients
  • Work independently and efficiently
  • Conduct sample preparation, execute assays or methods, and analyze data as needed
  • Perform instrument maintenance and troubleshooting as appropriate
  • Communicate effectively with client staff members
  • Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • General laboratory skills and background knowledge
  • Additional preferences: Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related science field

Position is first shift, full-time with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of West Point, PA are encourgased to apply.
