UltraViolet Cyber is seeking a highly experienced Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) Manager to oversee a high-impact cybersecurity environment. This key person must be an expert in project and program management with at least 15 years of experience working within the federal government community.  They should have experience in managing a team that provides oversight, assessments, makes recommendations, and establishes best practices for improving operations, processes, and outcomes.  This role requires an accomplished leader with extensive experience in federal program and project management, cybersecurity oversight, and strategic stakeholder engagement. The CSSP Manager will lead efforts to evaluate, improve, and innovate cybersecurity operations across complex, intergovernmental environments. This individual is responsible for ensuring the delivery of cybersecurity services and other governing policies and frameworks. The CSSP Manager acts as a key liaison between leadership, mission owners, system owners, and the CSSP team to align cybersecurity capabilities with mission requirements.

Preferred Attributes:•Active Q clearance (preferred) or active TS/SCI. •Prior Experience with DOE and/or DoD.•Knowledge of Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) or similar frameworks •PMP Certification 

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity service provider initiatives aligned with federal objectives and NNSA mission priorities. 
  • Manage cross-functional teams that perform oversight, conduct assessments, and develop best practices to optimize operational security and performance. 
  • Establish and maintain governance structures to support continuous improvement, performance measurement, and risk mitigation across cybersecurity functions. 
  • Direct oversight of cybersecurity operations and evaluations of existing processes, ensuring alignment with regulatory and mission-critical requirements. 
  • Provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership for improving organizational effectiveness, reducing vulnerabilities, and enhancing cyber resilience. 
  • Identify capability gaps and implement strategies to close them through training, technology enhancement, and process reengineering. 
  • Develop and deliver high-quality executive-level briefings, white papers, and strategic recommendations to senior management and federal stakeholders. 
  • Communicate complex technical and operational insights clearly and persuasively to a range of audiences, including senior decision-makers. 
  • Support the development of cybersecurity policy, compliance documentation, and stakeholder engagement strategies. 
  • Navigate and manage the intricate relationships and other external agencies and stakeholders. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor and liaison to ensure transparency, alignment, and cooperation between all involved entities. 
  • Represent the program in high-level forums, interagency meetings, and strategic planning sessions.

What You Have:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in cybersecurity with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role. 
  • Active DoD 8570 IAM Level III certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM). 
  • This person must have experience in oversight and assessment activities with existing operational processes. 
  • They must have experience providing continuous improvement, leading organizational change and making recommendations to drive project performance. 
  • They must possess strong writing and oral presentation capabilities in developing executive-level briefings, presentations, and recommendations for senior managem
