Your role:

We’re looking for a dynamic Learning and Development Partner to lead delivery of high-impact learning experiences that elevate performance and drive business success—especially in Sales. If you're passionate about adult learning, skilled in facilitation, have experience with design, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this is your opportunity to make a measurable difference.

  • Facilitate engaging learning experiences across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats—from one-hour sessions to multi-day programs.

  • Coach learners to apply new skills on the job, reinforcing knowledge and driving performance improvement.

  • Design and enhance training programs and materials that align with business goals and boost employee engagement.

  • Measure learning effectiveness using data and feedback to continuously improve programs and outcomes.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify learning needs and develop impactful content.

  • Manage logistics including course registration, scheduling, classroom setup, and learner communications.

  • Stay ahead of trends in talent development and leadership by researching and applying best practices.

  • Seasoned professional individual contributor that works independently with limited supervision.

  • May manage projects/processes.

  • Problems faced are difficult and often complex.

  • Provides solutions to a variety of complex technical and business matters.

  • Will champion significant projects, programs and business initiatives using demonstrated creativity and ingenuity.

  • Incumbents provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in his/her area of specialization.

  • Generally free to determine work priorities based on general direction from managers. 
    Specialist in technical or business skills.

  • Individuals with a customer focus have developed the acumen to cultivate and develop lasting customer relations.

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, HR, Organizational Development, or related field, or a equivalent combination of education and experience required.

  • Minimum 5 years functional experience in learning and development including a minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or delivering sales-focused learning programs with measurable business impact.

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative; team is located in another state.

  • Ability to make significant contribution to processes and systems.

  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

  • Proven ability to communicate and connect with learners at all levels—from frontline team members to senior leaders.

  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills with a track record of delivering engaging, results-driven training.

  • Experience in sales enablement or delivering sales-focused learning programs with measurable business impact.

  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).

  • Ability to analyze performance gaps and provide targeted coaching and support.

  • Skilled in program coordination, including scheduling, logistics, and learner engagement.

  • Preferred: Experience with instructional design, content development, and learning management systems (LMS).<
