We give you the challenge and support you need, and you can shape your own career according to your strengths, skills and personality.<br/>You will be part of an experienced management team, working within a team of 30, who are responsible for carrying out the audits of a large portfolio of clients across multiple sectors. Our team’s large portfolio of clients cover a wide industry base and we specialise in both international and domestic clients.<br/><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><ul> <li>Proactively manage client expectations and be point-of-contact for clients.  Working closely with Financial Controller/Director or Senior Executive levels in managing the audit specific requirements.</li> <li>Manage a portfolio of clients of variable sizes across different industries.</li> <li>Manage international reporting process both to Group Auditors and from Component Auditors</li> <li>Proactively manage client expectations and be point-of-contact for clients</li> <li>Coordinate and project manage the allocation of staff resources to jobs</li> <li>Lead teams on the planning; execution; and completion of audits</li> <li>Provide technical auditing and accounting assistance to team members and clients  </li> <li>Report directly to partner/director on engagements</li> <li>Assist with managing the team’s financial performance e.g. agreeing and billing of fees; cash collections; monitoring recoverability of WIP etc</li> <li>Will be involved in the design and delivery of technical training</li> <li>Participate in the coaching, mentoring and appraisal of staff</li> <li>Manage and coordinate the pitch/proposals for new work</li> </ul><strong>Relationships:</strong><ul> <li>Will develop strong working relationships with the managers and other members of the team</li> <li>Will actively collaborate with peers in other teams/departments</li> <li>Will be the main point of contact for a range of clients</li> <li>Will develop a good understanding of the firm’s core values and how they apply to our objectives/strategies.
