Let's start with the role

As a Payments Agent you will be responsible for handling all our customers’ financial transactions, ensuring a safe and fast experience. You will play a crucial role in our customers’ journey, despite not having direct communication with them.  

You will collaborate closely with several departments and teams across the Organization, working for a common goal, to ensure optimal Customer Experience. Being part of a dynamic Payments team and collaborating with several external providers abroad will give you the opportunity to develop your skill set and broaden your knowledge around transaction and banking systems. You will be part of a high energy group, which will help you grow into a detail- oriented professional.

 

As a Payments Agent you will:

• Perform checks on customers payments based on terms and conditions;
• Determine fraudulent activity and act according to internal agreed procedures;
• Access incidents and alerts and respond appropriately;
• Monitor systems and automations performance;
• Handle customer requests and queries from other departments;
• Perform cash reconciliation;
• Collaborate closely with tech teams and third-party providers.

 

What you'll bring

• Excellent communication in Greek and English (verbal and written) and organizational skills;
• Ability to collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions;
• Ability to maintain confidentiality & professionalism;
• Attention to detail and excellent follow-through;
• Ability to work with patience and follow a set of rules;
• Versatility and ability to follow a fast-paced environment;
• Availability to work in shifts (weekends and holidays included);
• Relevant work experience and familiarity with the iGaming industry will be considered an asset.
