This position requires in-person attendance at our office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.</p> <p>ASI is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the financial planning and analysis activities for ASI Show and Print and Promo Marketing (PPM). This role is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, financial reporting, and business performance analysis. The Senior Financial Analyst will also oversee event-related financial reporting, including weekly revenue and registration reporting, commission tracking, and expense analysis.</p> <p>Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Senior Financial Analyst serves as the primary finance business partner to ASI Show and Print and Promo Marketing (PPM). This role provides financial insights, strategic analysis, and actionable recommendations to support business decisions, revenue optimization, and operational performance. The Senior Financial Analyst collaborates closely with Finance, Accounting, Sales & Operations, and Executive Leadership to ensure financial accuracy, strong internal controls, and continuous process improvements.</p> <p>The salary range for this position is $90,000–$100,000, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p><strong>Financial Planning & Analysis</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage the annual budgeting process for ASI Show and Print and Promo Marketing (PPM).</li> <li>Develop and manage monthly forecasts.</li> <li>Prepare and analyze actual financial results compared to budget, forecast, and prior-year performance.</li> <li>Develop comprehensive monthly variance analyses with clear explanations and actionable recommendations.</li> <li>Serve as the primary finance business partner to Show and PPM leadership, providing financial guidance and performance insights.</li> <li>Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support new products, pricing initiatives, and event-related investments.</li> <li>Identify financial risks and opportunities and recommend strategies to improve business performance.</li> <li>Review and enhance financial processes to improve efficiency, reporting accuracy, and internal controls.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Revenue Reporting & Event Financial Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Complete and distribute weekly Show Bookings Reports for Show and PPM.</li> <li&
