You will make an impact by...
• Develop and plan larger investor relations projects and/ or activities (e.g., collaborate with senior management on development of investor relations plans, author and finalize EW press releases and scripts) with accountability for successful completion of all project deliverables
• Provide direction and guidance to project teams to execute larger investor relations projects, initiatives and/or programs as well as advise and provide recommendations to senior management
• Identify, evaluate, and lead the implementation of more complex investor relations process improvements and/or course correction/alignment opportunities
• Interface with higher level external customers/vendors to respond to investor relations questions and represent the investor relations of team
• Other incidental duties assigned by leadership
What you'll need:
• Bachelor's Degree in in related field
• A minimum of twelve years of Accounting/ Finance experience (Or ten years with a Masters)

• Investor Relations experience
• Proven successful project management skills
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and financial systems
• Excellent facilitation and presentations skills
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
• Recognized as an expert in one or more areas with broad-based advanced knowledge within the organization
• Expert understanding of related aspects of financial processes and/or systems
• Ability to draft press release and scripts in collaboration with investor relations team
• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to represent leadership on projects within multiple areas, interfacing with project managers, finance team and middle management
• Ability to consult in project setting within multiple financial areas, interfacing with low to middle management
• Ability to provide financial leadership to outsourcing partners on a task level, participates on small scale RFP

For California, the base pay range for this position is $141,000 to $200,000 (highly experienced).
The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
