Assistant Regulatory Manager/Senior Enforcement Inspector, TRB

[What the role is]

You will be part of a dynamic team of the Health Sciences Authority (HSA) Tobacco Regulation Branch (TRB) that supports the National Tobacco Control Programme to help lower the smoking prevalence rates in Singapore, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

[What you will be working on]

• Handling enquiries from members of public and other stakeholders
• Data entry, statistics generation and data analytics
• Management and supervision of outsourced contractors
• Leading enforcement field activities where needed
• Implementing work process improvement and digitalisation projects
• Performing other responsibilities as assigned

[What we are looking for]

• Field enforcement and investigation experience would be an advantage
• Well organized, resourceful, and meticulous
• Be able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with a wide range of stakeholders
• Good communication and written skills
• Willing to work after office hours
