<h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>About This Role:</strong><br/> As Data Management Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role within our Global Business Services team. Your expertise in data flow, automation, and report automation (PACE) will make you the linchpin for ensuring efficiency and consistency in our processes. Taking on responsibilities such as report creation, maintenance, and strategic development, you will translate complex data into actionable insights, directly impacting our decision-making and business strategies. Positioned at the heart of our Global Procurement operations, your analytical prowess will be instrumental in guiding your colleagues and elevating the team's performance. By joining us, you are stepping into a role that not only hones your leadership skills but also adds significant value to our organization's overall data-driven culture.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and execute PACE Data Lake, Database, and Automation processes, serving all functions with an emphasis on Procurement.</li><li>Maintain high quality and integrity in data flow processes, ensuring seamless operation across PACE &amp; Global Procurement.</li><li>Identify and spearhead continuous improvement opportunities to enhance team efficiency and external collaborations.</li><li>Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfers to foster a knowledgeable and self-sufficient team environment.</li><li>Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for procurement data, offering comprehensive training and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Oversee the data management lifecycle, emphasizing data mapping, automation, and database creation for optimal accessibility.</li><li>Champion process documentation and backend readiness initiatives, improving the team's operational standards.</li><li>Design and deliver training programs to promote the adoption of PACE Team solutions among business stakeholders.</li><li>Develop and document innovative data solutions that support strategic business analysis and decision-making.</li><li>Implement and maintain audit trails for all PACE Team data, upholding the highest data integrity standards.</li><li>Build strong, collaborative relationships with key business partners to deliver exceptional service and achieve common objectives.</li><li>Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely completion and quality of deliverables.</li></ul><p><em>This role is in hybrid work model. Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit &amp; residency in Poland.</em></p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Who You Are:</strong><br/> You are the analytical mind that thrives on transforming complex data into meaningful insights. In every task, you demonstrate a collaborative approach and a commitment to excellence.</p><p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree (required) with 3-5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or finance-related roles.</li><li>Proven expertise in Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and data management.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage complex tasks effectively.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.</li><li>Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Independent worker with strong planning, prioritization, and execution capabilities.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.</li><li>Experience with Business Intelligence (BI), Data Governance, and contemporary data technologies.</li><li>Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.</li><li>Experience with Snow and PowerApps. </li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Advanced certifications or training in analytics, data science, or related fields.</li><li>Familiarity with procurement and financial systems within a global organization.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>About Biogen Poland</strong>:</p><p>Our Warsaw office is a complex hub for local, regional and global roles.
