The targeted compensation range for this full time year round, exempt position is $80,000 - $90,000 + Incentive Porgram. The position offers a competitive compensation package presented by Auberge Resorts Collection.

Job Description

The Membership Director is a pivotal role within the Crest Club, responsible for overseeing the recruitment, retention, and engagement of our distinguished members. This individual will work closely with club leadership and staff to ensure members have an exceptional, personalized experience at all times. The Membership Manager will be expected to foster strong relationships, deliver high-touch service, and contribute to the growth and prestige of Crest Club.

  • Member Acquisition and Retention:

    • Drive the recruitment of new members through strategic outreach, presentations, and relationship-building efforts.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong, personalized relationships with current members to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
    • Develop and implement membership engagement strategies to enhance the overall member experience.
  • Member Services and Communication:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for all membership inquiries, questions, and concerns, providing exemplary service in a timely and professional manner.
    • Coordinate exclusive events, programs, and social gatherings to engage members and foster a sense of community.
  • Event Coordination:

    • Support the planning and execution of member-exclusive events, including social gatherings, skiing excursions, après-ski events, and other luxury experiences.
    • Ensure all events are flawlessly executed and aligned with the Crest Club’s commitment to luxury and exclusivity.
  • Operational Efficiency:

    • Oversee membership records, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.
    • Manage membership renewals and new applications, coordinating closely with the team to ensure smooth processing.
    • Monitor membership dues and payments, ensuring all members are in good standing.
  • Club Ambassador:

    • Represent Crest Club at key events and throughout the Telluride community to maintain the club’s image as the most exclusive ski and social club in the region.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including The Madeline Hotel staff, local businesses, and community leaders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the hospitality or private club industry, preferably within a members club environment 
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial approach combined with a positive and curious demeanor.
  • Ability to demonstrate and model outstanding guest service and communication skills.
  • Experience solving guest and member issues and creating positive solutions and outcomes.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
