Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This role is pivotal in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support executive leadership and strategic business decisions.
• Prepare detailed financial models and forecasts that accurately capture business trends and risks.
• Analyze financial data and monitor variances to budget, providing insights and recommending corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the budgeting and forecasting process.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate financial insights to stakeholders.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting techniques.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial software and databases.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
