At EX Squared LATAM, we collaborate with global leaders to create impactful digital products that drive innovation and transformation. We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager based in LATAM to lead software development initiatives for a high-impact client in the tech space.

This role is ideal for a delivery-focused leader who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and knows how to balance structure with adaptability.

📅 This is a temporary contract for 6 months. Candidates must hold a valid visa and be available to travel to the United States occasionally (1–2 times per quarter).

🚀 What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end project management for software initiatives—from planning through launch
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and resource constraints proactively
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and drive decisions to maintain momentum
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align technical and business goals
• Define and monitor project metrics to track progress and outcomes
• Optimize project management methodologies and processes for efficiency
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure engagement and success

🧠 What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of technical project management experience, especially in software development.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and the full software development lifecycle
• Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects with multiple dependencies
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Hands-on experience with tools like Shortcut, Jira, and Confluence
• Technical background or familiarity with software engineering concepts
• Ability to collaborate synchronously during US Eastern Time hours.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to the U.S. or Canada.

💡 Nice to Have

• PMP or Agile certification
• Experience with martech or advertising platforms
