Project Manager, Marketing Solutions

On a daily basis the Project Manager will deliver project status updates to the Marketing Solutions Lead, attend the daily check-ins while also conduct project-specific meetings such as project kickoffs, workshops, reviews, and manage the project artifacts. The project manager will define the project process and ensure a seamless workflow through to delivery and optimization.What you will do:
- Deliver on BU’s prioritized projects and initiatives
- Develop project schedule and workflows
- Identify project requirements and technical feasibility
- Manage key client interactions such as kick-offs, reviews, and approvals to ensure timely project progress
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Manage project timelines and key milestones to consistently meet or exceed client expectations
- Review client change requests and respond with schedule, level of effort, and budget implications
- Present creative executions and capture feedback
- Represent the interests of the BU in interactions with cross-functional team members
- Identify and recommend opportunities to leverage reuse of past materials or direct business partners to self-service opportunities
- Deliver consistent project status communications to both BUs and dedicated team members.
- Ensure all reports, milestones, and tasks are updated in project management tool for Marketing Solutions Lead
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent years of experience).
- 3-5 years industry experience in project management, preferably in Marketing.
- Project management certification preferred (e.g. CSM, CSP, PMP, SAFe).
- Excellent people and project management skills including project plan development
- Excellent resource management skills
- Knowledge of cross-function marketing areas of expertise (content, paid media, web, multimedia)
- Knowledge and understanding of video production process preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
