Job Description

As a Salesforce Solutions Analyst at Western Digital, you will play a pivotal role in driving our Salesforce initiatives to optimize business processes and enhance customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure the effective utilization of Salesforce to meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into Salesforce requirements.
  • Solution Design: Create and document comprehensive Salesforce solutions that align with business goals, process improvement, ensuring scalability and best practices.
  • Configuration and Customization: Coordinate with Salesforce technical teams to meet specific business requirements and perform customization when necessary.
  • Data Management: Oversee data quality and integrity within Salesforce, including data import, cleansing, and maintenance.
  • User Training: Develop and deliver training materials to educate end-users on Salesforce features and functionalities.
  • Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Salesforce with other business systems as needed.
  • User Support: Provide ongoing support to Salesforce users, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce processes, configurations, and customizations.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree from a top university in related field
  • 8+ years of experience as a business owner or developer of a CRM system
  • 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience and certification
  • Success growing value and adoption out of a CRM tool
  • Understanding of Agile development
  • Strong business acumen with an ability to draw connections between sales, marketing, and service objectives and data-driven and technical solutions
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to quickly shift between business discussion at the executive level and detailed technical understanding and capability
