Production Control & Logistics Coordinator

 

Job based in Torreon, Coahuila. Matamoros  Plant. E-Systems division.

As Production Control & Logistics Coordinator, Verify and ensure that Production Control analysts carry out level programming that guarantees
the coverage of our clients' requirements and that allows the plant to operate efficiently with a level of finished product

 

YOUR TASK WILL BE

• Receive and analyze the requirements of our clients through releases 830 and 862.

•  Authorizes the Master Production Program based on releases 830 to maintain an inventory stock that ensures we cover
  the requirements of our clients.

•  Ensuring tickets to clients on time-

• Monitors the adherence between what is produced and the production program

•  Generate monthly forecast of production, sales and inventories.
  Tracks the inventory value of finished products.

• Generate quality performance reports based on customer metrics and scorecards.

• Leads CTPAT activities, aimed at complying with policies.

•  Ensures that your department complies with SOX guidelines

•  Make sure your area is free of unsafe acts and conditions, use safety equipment and support the rules.

•  Coordinates the semiannual physical inventories achieving a variation of less than 2% in the reconciliation.

 

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED

• Industrial engineering or similar.

• 2+ years of experience in a similar position.

• inventory management

• Proficent English Level.
