Production Control & Logistics Coordinator
Job based in Torreon, Coahuila. Matamoros Plant. E-Systems division.

As Production Control & Logistics Coordinator, Verify and ensure that Production Control analysts carry out level programming that guarantees
the coverage of our clients' requirements and that allows the plant to operate efficiently with a level of finished product
YOUR TASK WILL BE

Receive and analyze the requirements of our clients through releases 830 and 862.

Authorizes the Master Production Program based on releases 830 to maintain an inventory stock that ensures we cover
the requirements of our clients. -
Ensuring tickets to clients on time-

Monitors the adherence between what is produced and the production program
-
Generate monthly forecast of production, sales and inventories.
Tracks the inventory value of finished products. -
Generate quality performance reports based on customer metrics and scorecards.

Leads CTPAT activities, aimed at complying with policies.

Ensures that your department complies with SOX guidelines

Make sure your area is free of unsafe acts and conditions, use safety equipment and support the rules.

Coordinates the semiannual physical inventories achieving a variation of less than 2% in the reconciliation.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED

Industrial engineering or similar.
-
2+ years of experience in a similar position.

Proficent English Level.
