• Perform professional facial treatments, skin care services, and waxing for a diverse clientele
• Conduct thorough skin analyses and consultations to recommend personalized treatment plans
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences that encourage client retention and rebooking
• Educate clients on skincare products and at-home maintenance routines
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming treatment room in compliance with state regulations

• Valid Florida Esthetician License required
• Experience performing facials, chemical peels, and waxing services
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to build lasting client relationships and drive membership enrollment
• Comfortable recommending and selling retail skincare products
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
