Reporting to the GM People Experience (PX) Operations you will be part of the transformation and enablement group who exist to ensure the delivery of key PX transformation priorities which will include strategic, cross functional programs of work that address systemic review and delivery of uplift across the PX value chain including process, systems, insights and employee experience.
You will play a key role, central to embedding a culture of data literacy and systems enablement within PX. You will develop, maintain and improve advocacy for data, analytics, insights and systems - ensuring PX is able to make informed evidence-based data driven decisions and that we have a future systems roadmap to support our long term PX operating model. You’ll do this by developing a strong understanding of business and PX needs through working with our key stakeholders and ensuring our systems, processes and data are aligned to our strategic goals.

Some of what you'll do...
- PX Systems - you will collaborate with the wider PX team to identify opportunities for automation, process improvements and enhancement of our current systems use.
- Develop and drive roadmaps for future ways of working.
- Ensure we are utilising our people systems in an efficient and effective way.
- Ensure systems compliance with data privacy and ISO requirements.
- Vendor engagement and management of our existing and any new systems.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of best practices, trends and law changes related to PX data management and analytics.
- Insights & Analytics - you will evolve and implement a comprehensive whole of PX Analytics and Insights strategy and framework.
- Develop, implement and maintain a data accessibility, education and enablement plan.
- Provide reporting metrics and performance indicators to measure effectiveness.
- Directly manage a team of specialists supporting all areas of PX, developing their capability to not only deliver analytic outcomes but also enabling them to manage their own areas of expertise within PX.

- PX teams and key stakeholders have accessible and easily digestible reporting and insights.
- The systems, tools and insights we provide to the business are mapped to our core strategic priorities.
- PX teams and key stakeholders are able to leverage PX Analytics and Insights to drive decision making.

- Demonstrated experience rolling out new processes and tools to a variety of key user groups, ensuring maximum engagement and efficiency for end users.
- Champion of data-driven insights balanced with an instinct for improvement.
- Leadership experience and exceptional professional maturity, having a solid understanding of how to make things happen within an organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate with data and analytics to create value.
- Experience within any aspect of Human Resource function.
- Experience working with HR Systems.
