We will be expanding our Bradenton / Tampa Sales Department in the near future...here is what we are looking for...
As an Associate Sales Consultant at Storm Smart, you will bring 2-5 years of sales experience to promote and sell our hurricane protection products. You will work in in-home sales, participate in home shows, and build relationships at networking events. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to apply their sales skills in a growing industry, with room for professional development and advancement.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers in the assigned sales territory.

Traveling within the territory to meet with potential and current customers face-to-face.

Meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling company products.

Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy.

Maintaining accurate records of leads, customer accounts, and sales.

Collaborating with the marketing department to expand brand presence.

Researching competitors’ products and market conditions.

Staying informed about industry developments through meetings and events.

Strategically negotiating with customers to close sales.

Periodically weekend work may be required to work Industry Home Shows and Events.

100% Commissioned based after Training (12 weeks)
