ProMach’s Financial Shared Service Organization is excited to welcome an Accounting Specialist - Vendor Master to its Accounts Payable Team. The Accounting Specialist – Vendor Master is responsible for customer service and frontline communication between the Accounts Payable Team and customers both internal and external.

Does this work interest you?

• Accounts Payable Vendor Master Support
• Respond timely to Division personnel, vendors, or other customers.
• Provide thorough answers to questions, assistance to resolve issues, and ensure that responses are accurate.
• Adhere to procedural consistencies, internal controls, and having appropriate documentation to review and set up procedures.
• Support and comply with internal controls and follow standard operating procedures.
• Perform other tasks as requested by Supervisor.

• Two or four year Accounting Degree preferred
• One year Accounts Payable experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Technical aptitude
• Problem solving
• Team Player
• Detail oriented with good math skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Accurate, accountable, and willing to learn with strong work ethic
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills
• Ability to adhere to procedures and complete tasks to achieve results
