Student Assistant Finance / Controlling

We are a dynamic company in the aviation industry and are currently looking for support for the following position:

Student Assistant Finance / Controlling (m/f/d)

That’s what the job brings:

• You’ll be part of a young finance team and will support with daily business activities
• You’ll prepare reconciliations after each month end
• You’ll support at month end activities (e.g. prepare Open Purchase Order list and send to other departments, WIP closure, etc.)
• You’ll support with preparation/analysis for quarter and year-end
• You’ll update and optimize reports or create new ones
• You’ll create Purchase Requisitions and Goods Receipts Notes
• You’ll help out with inventory analyses (e.g. movements, inventory development, cost calculations, etc.)
• Flexible working hours (within the scope of 12-20 hours per week)
• The position is based in Kaiserslautern (a balance of working from the office and home office is desired)

That’s what you bring in:

• Your field of study is in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering (or any related combination studies)
• You have very good English skills (written and spoken), knowledge of German is an advantage
• You have a very good experience in MS Office (especially in Excel)
• You like to work structured and organized
• Numbers and analysis are your passion
• You have a hands-on mentality and like to work within a team
