Microsoft’s Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) is the engine that powers our cloud services. As a CO+I CE Technician Manager, you will perform a key role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform. As a group, CO+I is focused on the personal and professional development for all employees and offers trainings and growth opportunities including Career Rotation Programs, Diversity & Inclusion trainings and events, and professional certifications.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement a variety of employee engagement programmes and campaigns that align with the organisation’s vision, values, and strategic goals.
- Work with local and regional leadership to drive Thrive initiatives and other employee engagement opportunities
- Plan and execute internal and external events, such as team building activities, social gatherings, recognition ceremonies, training sessions, and conferences, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and meet the expectations of the participants.
- Coordinate with virtual teams across local and regional teams to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and participation in engagement and event activities.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of engagement and event initiatives on employee satisfaction, retention, productivity, and performance, using various methods such as surveys, feedback forms, focus groups, and analytics.
- Report on the outcomes and achievements of engagement and event activities, highlighting successes, challenges and areas for improvement.
- Research and benchmark best practices and trends in employee engagement and event management, and propose new ideas and innovations to enhance the employee experience.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as senior leaders, HR, managers, employees, vendors, suppliers, and partners.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in employee engagement, event coordination, or similar Project manager role
- This role requires proficiency in written, reading, and conversational English and Swedish for business operations and stakeholders communications
- A valid driver’s license is required
