About the Role

We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Senior Logistics Manager to drive the standardization and optimization of Roku’s global logistics network. In this role, you’ll lead initiatives that streamline transportation, warehousing, repair operations, and 3PL/4PL execution. You'll build scalable systems, map and improve critical processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to support Roku’s growth across regions and channels.

This is a high-impact role suited for someone who thrives in a data-driven, execution-oriented environment, with deep expertise in global logistics and a sharp eye for operational efficiency.

 

What you'll be doing

• Lead the design and execution of global logistics strategies across transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
• Identify and implement improvements across logistics processes to reduce cost, increase velocity, and enhance customer experience
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and repair vendors
• Collaborate with internal teams—Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Legal—to ensure cohesive, compliant, and cost-effective operations
• Define and track key logistics KPIs (on-time delivery, landed cost per unit, inventory turnover) and take action on performance gaps
• Manage and optimize logistics budgets, contracts, and resource allocation across regions
• Drive process standardization, documentation, and automation across outsourced logistics providers
• Contribute to cross-functional programs including new product introductions, reverse logistics, and channel expansion

 

We're excited if you have

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in consumer electronics or high-tech environments
• Demonstrated success in strategic logistics planning, vendor management, and process optimization
• Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive decision-making
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, across technical and business audiences
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP, NetSuite), data tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau), and transportation/warehouse platforms
• Experience with retail logistics, reverse logistics, and EDI transactions is a plus
