Product Engineer

- Deliver custom engineered solutions by completing product design modifications, conducting application reviews, and engaging directly with customers
- Provide technical support to manufacturing, sales, service teams, and external partners for assigned products
- Maintain, improve, and update existing products through Engineering Change Requests and related design projects
- Perform and document design calculations, analyses, and supporting technical rationale
- Build 3D CAD models and assemblies to support manufacturing and engineering needs
- Create design documentation, including part numbers, test specifications, instructions, and design practices and procedures
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

You quickly understand new information, adapt to unfamiliar situations, and approach complex problems by identifying root causes and gathering relevant insights. You navigate changing priorities with composure and respond constructively to new opportunities. For This Role, You Will Need:
- Experience in engineering or a related technical field that demonstrates mechanical aptitude, problem‑solving, and the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts (degree or equivalent experience accepted)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non‑technical partners
- Mechanical proficiency, spatial reasoning, and the ability to visualize concepts in three dimensions
- Experience in mechanical design, manufacturing, product evaluation/testing, or related hands‑on engineering work
- Understanding of technical drawings, tolerances, and GD&T principles
- Familiarity with design and technical tools such as 3D CAD, SolidWorks, FEM/FEA, and Microsoft Office (Excel/VBA experience beneficial)
- Foundational knowledge of manufacturing processes and material properties
- Programming or automation‑related experience that supports engineering workflows
