The FinTech team plays a crucial role in the booking flow, greatly impacting the company's performance.</span> <h3>What you will do</h3> <ul> <li>You will take the ownership of the team roadmap, championing intuitive and user-centric solutions.</li><li>You’ll be responsible for setting and achieving domain-specific OKRs and KPIs that echo our dedication to excellence.</li><li>As a collaborative leader, you will engage regularly with our Kiwi.com Specialists, Engineers, and Analysts who are also passionate about refining our payment processes.</li><li>You’ll be leading the design thinking process, taking charge of product discovery, and collaborating on technical discovery, ensuring a harmonious blend of creativity and functionality.</li><li>You will interact and synergize with counterparts on cross-functional initiatives; lead or contribute significantly to these collaborations. </li><li>With a keen eye on nurturing inclusivity and innovation, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and steering the FinTech long-term strategy and vision.</li></ul> <h3>What you will need</h3> <ul> <li>You possess a well-rounded background in product management, including a documented history of introducing successful, market-responsive products.</li><li>You demonstrate expertise in leading impactful cross-functional projects and nurturing collaborative relationships among a diverse group of stakeholders.</li><li>You have the ability to collaborate intimately with software engineering teams to guide the development of features, covering both the technical and user-centric aspects.</li><li>You possess strong analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to interpret detailed customer insights and translate into actionable product requirements, like use cases and metric definitions.</li><li>You maintain an enthusiastic commitment toward achieving goals, coupled with a passion for product development and a dedication to delivering optimal outcomes.</li><li>You show a sincere willingness to embrace new learning opportunities, address challenges with poise and innovation, and continually evolve in your role.</li><li>You exhibit natural leadership abilities that encourage and uplift your team, guiding project progression effectively even without formal authority.</li><li>You are fluent in English, enriched by clear, thoughtful, and compassionate communication skills.</li><li>You uphold a strategy-focused mindset that values data integration and analysis, consistently leveraging user feedback to inform decision-making processes.</li><li>You possess a comprehensive understanding of FinTech, especially in payment processing, providing a considerable advantage to our team.</li></ul> <h3>We offer you</h3> <ul> <li>We offer a hybrid and flexible work environment.
