About the role

Description

At Dwell, we like to think big and small – producing high minded concepts without losing sight of the details. We’re notoriously accurate: producing some of the cleanest documents this side of the galaxy. We’re methodically unconventional: designing clever spaces that aren’t outlandish or lacking purpose. And we’re solid people: easy to work with, fun to be around, and void of pretension.

Position Overview:

The Project Manager has full responsibility for managing all aspects of multiple projects, their teams, and preparing strategic plans for project success. The Project Manager is responsible for the coordination of all project efforts, administrative and technical, to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects. Serves as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client’s satisfaction. Actively manages client budgets, schedules, and programs, project communications and documentation, office administrative tasks, and project team assignments. Estimates fees, determines the scope of work and prepares proposals and contracts. Dwell's award-winning architectural and interiors team is expanding our market share of senior housing to diversify our dwelling types. Our experience spans many states from Arizona to South Florida, up the East Coast, and now we’re staking claim in the Texas region. We have been awarded as one of the Best Places to Work for several years and are currently searching for skilled individuals who are interested in joining our energetic, entrepreneurial team and building this new sector.
