Career Opportunity – A/P Specialist / Accounting Specialist with 4C for Children - Cincinnati, OH

As the A/P Specialist / Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately reviewing and processing employee timecards, troubleshooting and resolving payroll issues and managing payroll files and other recordkeeping items. In addition to these duties, you will be responsible for assisting with the credit card process including gathering all receipts from cardholders, maintaining, and distributing accounting documents and keeping records and reporting for internal and year end 1099’s.

We are looking for talented people with the ability to work seamlessly with team members of all departments and levels with:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• Three years’ experience in accounting/payroll and/or similar roles (non-profit experience a plus)
• Competency with Financial Edge, AP workflow solution AvidXchange or similar accounting systems
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred
• Superb attention to detail
