We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Job Description:

Your Way to Impact:
You will work on the Venmo Debit Card, Deposits, and Money Management products within the larger Venmo team. We are leveraging technology and design to build best-in-class experiences for our customers to access and manage their money. You will help set the vision, identify opportunities, set goals, define experiences, and deliver features.
 Your Day to Day:
  • Building and executing on the product roadmap to create value and remove barriers for customers.
  • Working collaboratively with user research, engineering, design, operations, compliance, marketing, and other teams to build features collaboratively and inclusively.
  • Identifying goals and metrics to drive prioritization and timely delivery of products and experiments.
  • Working closely with development teams in an agile environment.
What You Need to Bring:
  • A successful candidate should have 6+ years of relevant product experience.
  • Experience building a product roadmap and working with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable impact is required.
  • Analytical experience, specifically in using Looker or other BI tools to drill down on insights and create solutions on data-informed hypotheses.  
  • Analyze, quantify, and articulate trade-offs of product roadmap features. 
  • Familiarity with FinTech products and concepts is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills to senior leaders and project partners  
  • Deep attention to detail; desire to collaborate on new processes for efficiency.  
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver core responsibilities against deadlines.  
  • Experience in an agile development environment.
