<p align="center">Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner with French</p> <p align="center"> </p> <p align="center">Lodz, Poland</p> <p> </p> <p align="center">Based within the Talent and Learning function, this role plays a key part in bringing top talent to the organization.  The Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner is responsible for full lifecycle recruiting from sourcing candidates through various channels until the candidate is hired.  The Sr TABP can develop recruiting strategies leveraging market data and insights.  He/she forges strong relationships with Hiring Managers, Business leaders, HR, and potential hires, while championing a best-in-class candidate experience.  He/she proactively creates talent pipelines for current and future talent needs.  This role will have the opportunity to lead and support global projects and recommend process improvements/efficiencies.</p> <p align="center"> </p> <p align="center"> </p> <p>MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Generate direct candidates from a variety of sources including use of social media e.g. LinkedIn to significantly reduce reliance on agency/3rd party suppliers. </li> <li>Manage and support senior level recruitment.</li> <li>Owns/Leads relationships with businesses/functions. </li> <li>Manage senior level stakeholder relationships to influence and achieve talent acquisition objectives.</li> <li>Act as a diversity champion with both internal and external stakeholders.</li> <li>Realize strategies to address talent needs (short- and long-term) in cooperation with the TAM or TAD.</li> <li>Managing risk effectively and flagging issues that may impact delivery.</li> <li>Analyse and interpret key metrics and KPIs and provide insights to stakeholders.</li> <li>Partner with hiring managers through alignment meeting to understand business requirements, agree on sourcing strategy, advise on selection/assessment techniques/criteria and next steps to support KPI’s and SLA’s.</li> <li>Manage risk effectively and flag issues that may impact delivery.</li> <li>Taking responsibility for ensuring that work in the team is of the highest quality and encouraging team members to hold themselves to high standards.</li> <li>Providing support and advice to more junior team members in terms of knowledge and workload management – being a mentor for less experienced colleagues</li> <li>Leads complex escalations and its resolutions.</li> <li>Acting as Subject Matter Expert for the broader team and for the internal Clients.</li> <li>Able to lead, mentor, coach, and influence others.</li> <li>Lead global talent acquisition-related projects as required and directed to support achievement of business objectives.</li> <li>Leading assigned HR projects and initiatives and ensuring the objectives are met in the given timeline.</li> <li>Identifying and independently delivering process improvement/change initiatives projects.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>CANDIDATE PROFILE</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>HR or Business Degree, or equivalent, required.</li> <li>Fluent English, French. Knowledge of Polish, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese will be a plus.</li> <li>Significant experience of direct resourcing &amp; effective selling of the business.</li> <li>Experience of working in a volume-based environment.</li> <li>Advanced knowledge of recruiting techniques including social media.</li> <li>Vendor management experience.</li> <li>Customer relationship management (with understanding of business culture) - including communication, ability to influence.</li> <li>Analytical capability to analyse and interpret survey data including the ability to work with metrics, produce KPIs and provide insight to stakeholders.</li> <li>Cultural agility to work with diverse teams and employee groups.</li> <li>Ability to understanding of EMEA organisation structure and context.</li> <li>Well organised, ability to priorities and meet deadlines.</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to handle multiple projects/skills at any one time.</li> <li>Good working knowledge of HR &amp;/or Recruitment Systems (e.g. Success Factors) and MS Office.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>COMPANY </p> <p> </p> <p>At McCormick, we bring our passion for flavor to work each day.
