Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) – Evening Shift (Full-Time)

Shift Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Differentials Totaling: Evening +$5/hour and Night +$6.25/hour

Sign-On Bonus: $4,000 (paid in installments over two years; eligibility applies).

Position Summary

Join our Skilled Nursing Facility team and provide compassionate care to adult and geriatric residents. As a CNA, you’ll assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), promote resident independence, and ensure a safe and positive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver care under the supervision of RNs or LPNs.
• Support residents’ well-being and dignity.
• Communicate effectively with residents and team members.
• Foster teamwork and contribute to a positive workplace.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current Nurse Aide Certification (State of New York).
• Approved 100-hour Nurse Aide course (if hired after 1986).
• CNA experience preferred but not required.
