We are seeking a Project Manager who is highly organized, detail oriented, and a great communicator. You will be responsible for the design, planning, and ongoing management of varied operational projects, which includes transitions of new mid-market and enterprise clients onto Affiliated Monitoring’s SaaS platform.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, and implementation plans
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope and schedule
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external project teams
• Lead regular status calls with clients and internal teams
• Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope and schedule, to ensure that project requirements can be met
• Report project status, outcomes and/or risks to stakeholders and escalate issues, as necessary

Requirements

What You Need For This Role

• Proven work experience as a Project Manager
• Excellent organizational, time and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a professional and timely manner
• Can collaborate and influence in a “win as a team” environment
• Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
• PMP certification preferred
• Bachelors Degree required
